We don’t sell water treatment systems. But we have learned a few things along the way in dealing with our own water treatment dilemmas.
1. Please consult a number of local treatment companies before committing to a solution. In our experience, different companies can propose vastly different treatments for the same problem, at a wide range of costs.
2. Before committing to an expensive treatment system, consider having your water re-tested by a certified laboratory. Your water’s attributes can change with time and circumstances, like heavy rain, or damage to a well-casing. It’s a lot cheaper to discover your problematic water test result was an anomaly than to install a treatment system you might not need.
